As owner, it is Justin’s responsibility for defining the strategic vision and culture of the organization. With this he oversees strategic planning, financial relationships, business development, and maintaining company goals. In conjunction with his financial and business background, he has been instrumental in the company’s year-over-year growth as well as the expansion of its service offerings. Justin’s emphasis on project safety and superior workmanship continues to raise our customers’ expectations of the electrical construction industry. Justin holds a Master’s in Business Administration and is an Electrical Contractor License holder.

 As the leader of operations and with over 40 years of electrical experience, Steve oversees estimating and construction operations. Steve’s design and physical construction expertise, as a master and journeyman electrician, has enabled Laswell Electric Company to grow into one of the top companies in Kentuckiana. Steve excels at fostering strong, trusting partnerships with customers and within the communities where we work and live as well as building strong relationships among our employees. Steve is a Licensed Master Electrician and an Electrical Contractor License holder.

Mike has been with Laswell Electric Company for over 20 years. Working his way through the ranks, Mike has earned his spot as an estimator/project manager. Responsibilities include guiding and managing contractors, vendors, suppliers and employees to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

 Tricia has 20 years of administrative experience in various fields ranging from retail to healthcare to management consulting. She has been with Laswell since 2019 and enjoys assisting customers and coworkers, as well as ensuring the office runs smoothly.
